Perfect for relaxing

Oh my god. I love soft, floral flavors and chamomile. This tea is perfect for me. I love this tea when I have migraines, when my stomach is upset, when I'm doing paperwork before bed... It's surprisingly refreshing iced, too - in fact, I prefer it that way.

    • HERBAL POWER

      Herbal Power

Licorice root contains many anti-depressant compounds and is an excellent alternative to St. John's Wort. As a herbal medicine it has an impressive list of well documented uses and is probably one of the most over-looked of all herbal wonders. It has an aspirin-like action and is helpful in relieving fevers and soothing pain such as headaches.

Ginger improves digestion, prevents and manages stomach ulcers, protects against symptoms of colds and flu, and stimulates blood circulation. It has also been shown to be a very potent inhibitor of inflammatory compounds that contribute to arthritis and rheumatic conditions. Ginger also reduces blood cholesterol by improving liver function.

Cinnamon can lower LDL cholesterol and has a regulatory effect on blood sugar, making it especially beneficial for people with Type 2 diabetes. Cinnamon is also known for its antifungal and antibacterial properties, making it effective in fighting yeast infections. It is also known for counteracting bad breath.

Fennel is known to provide relief from anemia, indigestion, flatulence, constipation, colic, diarrhea, respiratory disorders, menstrual disorders, and its benefits regarding eye care.

Coriander is used in the treatment of skin inflammation, high cholesterol levels, diarrhea, mouth ulcers, anemia, indigestion, menstrual disorders, smallpox, conjunctivitis, skin disorders, and blood sugar disorders, while also benefitting eye care.

Cumin seeds are an excellent source of iron, a mineral that plays many vital roles in the body. Iron is an integral component of hemoglobin, which transports oxygen from the lungs to all body cells, and is also part of key enzyme systems for energy production and metabolism. Additionally, iron is instrumental in keeping your immune system healthy. Iron is particularly important for menstruating women, who lose iron each month during menses. Additionally, growing children and adolescents have increased needs for iron, as do women who are pregnant or lactating.

    • PREPARATION

How to prepare a perfect cup of tea?

      • Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over 1 teaspoon of tea.

      • Cover cup & steep for 5-10 minutes.

      • Squeeze tea bag to ensure maximum goodness in your cup.
Enjoy 3-4 cups per day, especially between meals.

      • We encourage you to experiment with the quantity of tea and the length of the steep time to find your desired brew strength. Varying the water temperature isn't recommended, as water that is too hot will over-extract the bitter components of tea, while water that is too cool might not fully draw out the aromas and flavors of tea.
