Q) Can I make a payment for my subscription on a monthly basis?

A) We offer a minimum quarterly (3 Months) subscription program, in case you are not ready for a longer commitment.

Q) Are there any hidden costs?

A) There are no hidden costs. A simple payment of $169, $99 and $59 needs to be made for an annual, bi-annual or a quarterly subscription. This includes the monthly shipping costs as well. You will not have to pay anything else for your subscription at any point of time.

Q) Can I cancel during the course of my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime you want. Simply mail us at sales@PahadiTea.com with your Subscription ID, which will be generated and mailed to you once you make a purchase. We will refund the entire amount of non-shipped packages through a gift voucher/store credits which can be redeemed anytime on our online store. 

Q) Can I myself choose the teas every month?

No. The entire purpose of the subscription program is to help you discover new teas everytime. All the 4 teas will be handpicked by our tea tasters and help you explore the beautiful world of teas. 

Q) What types of tea can I expect in every shipment?

Our team of tasters will try to ensure a balance in the variety every month. Though not necessarily, expect to discover black, green, herbal, oolong, white, flavored or chai teas in each shipment.

Q) How do I reorder my favorite teas from every package?

We will offer special promotions to our subscription members for the 4 Teas of the Month. You can buy any quantity of your favorite teas at a great discount every month on our online store. 

Q) What if I am travelling or not available at my registered address to receive my monthly shipment?

You don’t need to worry. Our service is very flexible and we can deliver your teas in a different US address every month. You just need to mail us your travel plans and new address in advance at sales@PahadiTea.com with your subscription ID which will be generated and mailed to you after your order is placed. Our customer care team will handle the rest and try to ensure your package is delivered to you wherever you are. 

Q) Can I pause my subscription for a month or more?
Yes. Just in case you are not available for any reason, you can mail us at sales@PahadiTea.com and we will pause your subscription for any period of time. As soon as you resume, you will start receiving your monthly shipment for the remaining period of your subscription. There is no charge for pausing your subscription. 

Q) When will my first shipment be dispatched after I place an order?

Your first shipment of 4 teas will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing an order with us. 
Subsequent shipments will be dispatched in the 1st week of every month. 

Q) Can I reschedule my parcel delivery dates for every month or for a specific month?

A) Absolutely. A Subscription ID will be generated as soon you place an order with us. Please send us an email at sales@PahadiTea.com with your preferred schedule & subscription ID and we will try to ensure that the packages are delivered accordingly every month.
