Pahadi Tea Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional customer service and the perfect shopping experience with each and every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging for either a refund or exchange as described below.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at sales@PahadiTea.com to initiate a refund. Tea being a perishable commodity, intimation of refund needs to be placed within 7 days (including weekend and holidays) of delivery of the particular order. Pahadi Tea will not accept used or opened products and they will not be eligible for refund.

In case there is an error from the side of Pahadi Tea, the standard delivery charge of returns will also be refunded. The refund for your order will only be done after the receipt of the returned goods at our designated fulfillment center.

Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange. Once a refund is approved by Pahadi Tea, it will be initiated within 30 days.
